If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for an exchange or refund, provided it is within 30 days of receipt of your order and the item is as new and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for contacting email@example.com to receive a return shipping label. SteepGrade will cover the shipping costs for any returned item.
All products are only exchangeable after the first 30 days. If a returned item is received to SteepGrade Bike Racks damaged due to negligent packaging or re-packaging by the customer, we will be unable to issue a refund or exchange.
Any orders canceled prior to shipment may be subject to a 5% order cancellation fee.
If you received a damaged product:
Faulty items will either be replaced, repaired or refunded following evaluation by the SteepGrade Customer Services team. Faulty products are classified as items that are received damaged. Please send photos of the damaged item, any damaged packaging, and the shipping label to firstname.lastname@example.org

SteepGrade Bike Racks offers a one-year (1 year) warranty against manufacturer's defects on all of our cargo bike racks. Warranty is only valid for original purchase and is non-transferable.
